How long does conversion take?
Most conversions complete in 2-5 seconds, depending on file size and format.
What's the maximum file size?
We accept images up to 10 MB. This accommodates most use cases including high-resolution photos.
Do you store my images?
No. All uploaded images are automatically deleted after 1 hour. We never permanently store your files. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Why can't I convert my HEIC file?
HEIC format requires special support. If you encounter issues, the file may be corrupted or use an unsupported HEIC variant. Try converting on your iPhone first (Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible) or contact us for help.
Can I convert multiple images at once?
Currently, we process one image at a time to ensure the fastest possible conversion speed. Each conversion takes only seconds, so converting multiple images sequentially is still very fast.
Is PixoConverter really free?
Yes! Completely free with unlimited conversions, no watermarks, and no hidden costs. We display non-intrusive advertisements to cover our server costs.
